I also have a Ph.D. in Engineering, Chemistry and Bioprocesses Area. My thesis was about: "Bioremediation by composting of desert mining soils and sawdust contaminated with hydrocarbons in aerated-vessels".

During my dissertation, I had the opportunity to combine my multidisciplinary experience focusing on environmental microbiology, environmental management and chemical engineering. From this experience, I became very interested on how to use the technological management applied to environmental management and new decontamination processes related to public policy, environmental economic, society and education.

I have a special interest in the relationships between Science, Technology and Society with focus on green technologies and environmental leadership relying on innovation with technological management and public affairs in developing countries.
